Fishing"We promote catch - and - release fishing". Southwestern New Brunswick is considered to be one of the major untapped smallmouth bass fisheries in North America. Other species include landlocked salmon, chain pickerel, yellow and white perch as well as speckled trout. Our waters are clean and uncrowded. Self-guided fishing on shore or from a canoe is also available. Fly fishing, spin casting, and trolling with a variety of flies and lures are available as seasons and conditions dictate. We offer the services of the best independent bass fishing guides in our region. One guide is responsible for two adult fishing guests or one adult and two children guests. Cast from 16 - 18 foot bass boats or from our 20-ft Grand Laker canoes (with motors). See our Big Smallie Vacation Package. |
